We introduced regular Objective Labs sessions to bring clients together and provide them with the opportunity to give this feedback and input. This client event is a platform to exchange knowledge, research and results, leverage each other’s learnings and brainstorm ideas and software features.
Provide Roadmap Input
During a typical Objective Labs session, we present the features completed during the previous quarter. We then run through all upcoming features and ask clients to prioritize them. This exercise provides us with useful insights into which features are most valuable to our existing client base. Even though we review and add new features to our roadmap on a regular basis, it is highly important to hear from the horse’s mouth which new features will be most beneficial to their day-to-day job.
We usually split up in small groups for a brainstorm session on new features. From these break-out sessions, we learn which elements are missing or how we can expand or adapt our upcoming features.
We finish off the day with a drink and an informative presentation. An example is a presentation from Screen6 on how to use the probabilistic method to solve the problem of cross-device tracking. This fueled the discussion on the challenges faced by the industry surrounding cross-device tracking and whether it is possible to get a holistic view of the full cross-device customer journey.
