As Account Manager New Business, you are an essential part of Objective Partners’ commercial team as we begin our international expansion, focusing on the top 100 companies in Europe. You are responsible for handling all commercial opportunities and sales, ranging from cold calling and online demo’s to appointments with potential customers, in order to realize team goals. We will train you and develop your knowledge of our services and software, so there is a lot of room for learning on the job. We also invest heavily in our employees’ personal development by offering various trainings.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Developing sales activities (new business) and follow up with prospects.
- Taking the lead in the collaboration with cross-departmental team members to deliver complete business solutions.
- cooperating and interacting with other departments.
- Planning and executing the sales strategy in order to meet the agreed milestones and timescales and making sure sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
- Ensuring outstanding customer experience and becoming your clients’ trusted advisor.
- Keeping up our excellent, high-quality standards of communication and service to clients.
- A higher level of education, preferably commercially or internationally focused.
- Relevant experience in sales for German and UK markets.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Team player.
- Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic, eager to learn, hands-on mentality, high energy, commercial mindset.
- Strong personality and ability to negotiate on a higher level.
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis.
